This stuff is amazing. I have a porous hair type that is growing out mostly grayish white, but I am not ready for that! I have tried many natural formulations to cover the grays but nothing has been great. My light brown hair that is not gray tends to get reddish, brassy tones no matter how I try to color it. I used the light brown since my hair has blondish strands as well. It was very dark for my hair when applying and it was impossible to just apply to the gray roots, so I was a little worried. I ended up rinsing the solution off my ends with water only after about 15 minutes, trying not to scrub the roots of all color. I then towel dried my hair with a towel I did not care about staining, then dried and styled as normal. I have never had such thorough gray coverage, and just a beautiful, soft and natural looking taupe-ish tone, leaving my hair in great condition. Because my hair is so porous it probably absorbed the color quicker than most hair types. I have not yet experienced how long the color will last but I am very happy thus far! I can not wash my hair every day due again to having porous hair that dries out to easily, but this is a big plus for retaining semi-permanent hair colour. Love this product!
I was done with chemical haircolor. I tried the light brown over my medium blonde permanent color. It really covered the gray. It's semi permanent so it fades away, but I can reapply the remainder of the bottle when I need to. But I went ahead and ordered more. I am trying the golden brown this time. The real plus is the fact that you don't have to mix with water or lemon juice. My hair felt super conditioned after rinsing. I do wish they had more colors to choose from, but so far, so good!
Comes premixed. Doesn�t burn or itch. I�d say the color is more subtle than other brands. I�m glad I found this!
Did well my gray hair cover. I set an hour and half.
Color was right gold.
I like how easy this I s to use, no pre mixing and great results.
